The Wise Health Foundation Clay Shoot Tournament is an annual fundraising event that is held at Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds near Slidell, Texas. Spend the morning shooting clays with good friends and compete for first place and bragging rights, all while supporting a great cause.
Shooters are grouped in teams of four and will have the opportunity to practice before the event starts. After the shooting concludes, participants head back into the clubhouse where they will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and enjoy a BBQ lunch. The tournament results will also be announced at this time.
One hundred percent of the proceeds from the Clay Shoot Tournament will provide support to Wise Health System programs, services and through the purchase of advanced technology to assure that Wise Health System continues to exceed its mission in providing exemplary, compassionate and quality care to our communities served.

Teams and individuals are invited to shoot. All participants must sign the liability release forms before or at the event. Links to these forms are listed below.
Names of team members are not required to register on-line or prior to the event. However, to streamline the check-in process, please provide their information to the Foundation office as they are known.
